After looking high and low for a replacement battery for our Black and Decker cordless drill, we finally found this one at Amazon. It charges and holds a charge great, just like the original one. I have had my Firestorm drill for six years with lots of use around the home and garden. Its dependability and comfort makes me very happy with this tool from B&D. The batteries are just now going after 5 and 6 years respectifully. The drill/driver has been dropped from six feet onto cement and kept on working. A small crack is all that now shows.

This battery has more than enough power for around the house and working on the car. I am a master carpenter and use a variety of battery powered tools on the job and the power of this battery would be more than adequate if I were to use it on the job.
